Does anyone have a couple of good cardio excercises that will help get you into tennis playing condition. Running, Swimming, anything, I want to get ready for a high level of college tennis. Any tips?

Running is in all likelihood the best method. Swimming is the best cardio exercise there is because you work more muscles at once than with anything else, but swimming won’t make you a better runner. I swam for four years, most of us were terrible runners(I was alright). Also, for what you’re doing in tennis, swimming motions aren’t all that useful.
Run as much as possible, swim and bike if you get bored with running. Whatever you do, make sure you’re pushing yourself. Otherwise, cardiovascular benefit will be low. Lastly, for tennis, do your running in the sun. When you can handle an 6 to 8 mile run at 85 degrees, you’ll likely be better prepared than the other guy for a difficult tennis match on a hot court. I only played 1 year in high school, but I could compete with people who by all means should have beat me because of better tolerance for conditions.
Besides running and swimming, you can jump ropes too. Jumping ropes is a very good cardio exercise. Good luck
