Il Want To Train Myself So That I Can Play Great Tennis Or Basketball… Help.?
Here it is.. is there tips that can help me loose my body fats gradually or quickly so that i can play more efficiently.. i want to loose my fats left in my body.. im 5′11 and 74kilos.. thanks and btw can anyone tell me where to learn to play or tips for tennnis?

to body fat…..cardio, lifting, 20 grams of protein a meal(6 small meals a day) alot of fruit, no fast food. water water water! no more soft drinks
do all that and not only do you lose fat but will gain alot of stamina
as for tips…nothing beats practicing dawg. just find your stroke and roll with it.
uh, how much do you weigh in pounds? but to lose weight just find a big park with a track and run there almost everday for a couple of weeks until youre tired(not too tired)I did this for basketball and im 5′11 too and now im maintaining a wight of 155( kind of skinny, no fat) it will help lose fat. believe me and sprinting will work too. and take vitamins.
