   once you have thrown the ball you must wait for it to reach its peak height then hit down fast and most of the time you will power serve
   it also depends on your skill level
   if u hav a high skill level you will do it more often
   if u hav a lower skill level you wont hit them as regularly
   hope this helps

   you press a or b, whatever button you press to serve, and you hit down, like you are spiking a volleyball

   when u toss the ball hit it down when its on the highest point of the toss
