Playing Tennis Makes Your Front Thighs Bigger?
I’ve been doing walks and started playing tennis as much as possible these past few days and I like how my muscles are getting a workout. I know sometimes I can look bigger because of all the soar tense muscles in my body, but is it normal for the front lower part of my thighs to look puffy and sticking more outwards? Almost more outwards then my knees! It looks kinda freaky and I’m worried it’s not going to go away.
Note: I’m 4′11″ and I’m 130 pounds. Basicly I’m 10-15 pounds over weight but I never had my front thighs looking like that before from exercising.
tennis is a very vigorating and demanding sport if you play competitavly. For rectriational players, which i am assuming, is still a good way to excercise. Your leg mucles in your upper and lower front, and back will become bigger after maybe a weeks worth of playing.
It probably is due at least in part to that but depending on your age you may just be maturing also. Women tend to get thick muscular thighs when they get hips, butt and boobs… I think it’s hot.
I’m 5ft tall and I play tennis 3 times every week (I’m a girl)
I have very slim legs… I’m also 13 years old and 82 lbs.
your front muscles are all built up from all that jumping around playing tennis=if you feel ok dont worry about it
