great stability shoe
These are a great stability. They give lots of support while still being light and less stiff than mother stability shoes.
Shoe is great for running or casual wear. Have been running for years and the Saucony progrid guides are so far the best trainer i have found. Plenty of support,and heal cushioning. Long lasting.
